LEADERSHIP TRAINING
The Mentoring Programme at LUNDA youth Centre provides Volunteer Mentor support for young people aged between 7 and 26 years old. It increases confidence, self-esteem and supports the child/young person to make positive choices through 1:1 support, befriending and fun activities.

YOUTH-LED DISCUSSIONS AND WORKSHOPS
Beti O KAMYA is the Patron of LUNDA that includes Bursaries, SACCO,
Youth Program & Job Opportunities' Center, an organization located in
Kabuusu, Lubaga Division, KCCA.
The organization was established for the purpose of helping very poor
students,with special emphasis on girls, access some education, and
later, the job market.
Since the program’s inception in 2007 when the founder was MP for
Lubaga North Constituency, she was proud to have supported over 2,000
students with bursaries and many, to get jobs.
Most of our students fail to get jobs or internships’ placements when
they need them, mainly because they lack exposure and basic skills in
job seeking.
As a needs-responsive organization, LUNDA Job Center was established,
to solicit jobs and internships for our students and other young job
seekers.
