Would you like to make a difference in a young person’s life?
Do you have a passion for working with young people?
If so, we are currently looking for volunteers to help at our youth centre..
We are based in Namungona every Monday- Friday 8: 00am - 5:00pm
with Improving Behavior and skills.
We provide a range of activities, promoting Education, Health and Wellbeing (Sport, Nature
Creative; arts and crafts, and music amongst others. This can be a very rewarding role. We work with children and young people having a variety of
needs and backgrounds and provide a range of activities in a fun, engaging environment.
The role of the Youth Worker involves:
• Supervising and talking to young people; getting to know them and listening to their ideas
and any concerns.
• Taking part in a range of activities and encouraging the young people to do so
• Teaching new skills
• Providing a valuable service to the community
• Working as part of a friendly team and having fun.

The organization was established for the purpose of helping very poor
students, with special emphasis on girls, access some education, and
later, the job market
Most of our students fail to get jobs or internships’ placements when
they need them, mainly because they lack exposure and basic skills in
job seeking.
As a needs-responsive organization, LUNDA Job Center was established,
to solicit jobs and internships for our students and other young job
seekers.
