Volunteer opportunities include:
Volunteer Administrator - are you experienced in, or looking to gain experience in the world of administration? You could join our vibrant administration department, planning, filing, communicating with children, young people, parents and careers, answering emails and helping with the smooth running of the centre!

Volunteer Youth Worker - Are you experienced in, or looking for a work placement opportunity as part of your studies? Do you want to experience youth work in an inspiring and challenging setting, working with up to 4000 children and young people every month, engaging them in educational and fun activities.

Being a Buddy - This involves being a positive role model and offering support and guidance to a young person. Find out more about ‘Bade Wange’.

The Mentoring Programme - The Mentoring Programme at LUNDA youth Centre provides Volunteer Mentor support for young people aged between 7 and 26 years old. It increases confidence, self-esteem and supports the child/young person to make positive choices through 1:1 support, befriending and fun activities.

Young people aged 14-20 years can join our Stand Tall project, learning valuable skills and knowledge to enable them to become successful volunteers, leadership, Entreprenuership and Safeguarding to practical hands on experience of what volunteering with young people is all about!
Adult volunteers, can apply to volunteer on any of our projects, after completing a CRB check and induction, you will be invited to come and see our Centre.

The organization was established for the purpose of helping very poor
students, with special emphasis on girls, access some education, and
later, the job market
Most of our students fail to get jobs or internships’ placements when
they need them, mainly because they lack exposure and basic skills in
job seeking.
As a needs-responsive organization, LUNDA Job Center was established,
to solicit jobs and internships for our students and other young job
seekers.
